Guests increasingly ask an AI assistant where to stay, eat, unwind or play before they ever open a search engine. VOYANSEE exists to show hospitality businesses what those assistants say about them today, why they say it, and what to change next.
We only claim what we test
Four assistants — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. If we ever add another, it appears as 'coming soon' until it is genuinely part of the audit.
No invented results
We do not publish customer uplift figures we cannot evidence. Examples on this site are labelled as illustrative, not as case studies.
Bands, not false precision
Recommendations carry Impact, Effort and Confidence bands rather than a made-up point gain, because AI answers move for reasons outside any one action.
Owners first
The product is built for the person who runs the business, not for an agency dashboard. Plain language, one prioritised list, no jargon.
Who we work with
Independent hotels and country houses, restaurants and bars, spa and wellness venues, and golf clubs — mostly owner-operated, mostly in the UK, mostly without an in-house marketing team. If you are a group or an agency looking after several venues, the same audit runs across each site from one account.
What we can and cannot prove
We can show whether an assistant names you, where you sit against the venues named instead, how you are described, and which public evidence the answer leans on. We cannot prove that a change in AI visibility caused a change in bookings, and we will not pretend otherwise. Where we show revenue figures in the simulator, they are your own inputs modelled forward, clearly labelled as a projection.
